About Pustar Products

Pustar Polyurethane adhesive and sealants has the features of wet solidify, with no solvent, no shrinking, no flowing and strong bonding. It is waterproof, oil resistant, anti-aging and shock resistant. without corrosion and pollution to base material and environment. It is widely used in the sealing and maintenance of all kinds of materials for vehicle body and front glass, mechanics, shipbuilding, astronomic, military, automobile, large screen, decoration and etc.
We also manufacture constructive adhesives and sealants for sealing and water proofing of distortion gap, construction gap, curtain wall, brick, brand etc.

Pustar history

◆1999:     Pustar initiators planed to develop and manufacture one-component adhesives/sealants for automobile and construction use.
Main products in 1999: One-component polyurethane waterproofing paint, polyurethane plastic runway, No solvent one-component adhesives/sealants etc..
◆Dec. 2000: Polyurethane sealants put into mass production。
◆Aug, 2003：Company moved to DongGuan, GuangDong province, and ‘DongGuan Pustar Adhesives & Sealants Co.,Ltd’was established formally, with production ability 500 tons per year.
◆Oct.2003: Products passed the inspection by ‘National Quality Control & Inspection center For Automobiles’.
◆Apr.2004: Production line of 1500 liters production ability was put into production.
Pustar set its aim and had been poisoning itself in being the leader in PU products area.
◆Jun, 2004：Passed and obtained ISO9001 Quality system certificate.
◆Jul, 2004：Cooperate with experienced AD company, aims to branding ‘PUSTAR’, and build Pustar into an international large-scale operation company.
◆Jan, 2006：Pustar sales team Founded, to promote our own brand ‘Pustar’ one-component PU sealants globally.
 ◆Oct, 2006：Enlarge Pustar own manufacturing and researching department, Organized internal system for ISO/TS16949：2002.
◆Jan, 2007：Production line of tens of thousands tons ability put into production, company was formed by head office in QingXi and sales department FengGang.
 ◆Feb, 2007：Obtained of ISO/TS16949：2002 certificate。
◆Mar, 2007：Awarded one of the‘Top tens of DongGuan high-tech private company’.
